I have been trying to learn how to cook pasta in the instant pot without making it mushy. Your trick of cutting the box time in half and subtracting a minute helps. I am definitely going to try this method. Do you have any suggestions for an exact way to measure the amount of liquid you need to cook a certain amount of pasta in the instant pot? Like two to one?
You're pronouncing it right. This is genius, I needed more easy dinners that my little one will eat, he's the reason I bought an instant pot. I'm kept too occupied to cook a lot any more.
