The orange zest and cranberries reminded me of this very traditional cranberry sauce (Thanksgiving, etc.) Nowhere near as healthy, but the flavor and ease can not be beat.
    1&1/2 cup sugar

    3/4 cup water

    3 cloves

    3 all spice berries

    2 (3 inch) sticks cinnamon

    1 12 oz bag cranberries

    grated zest of 1 orange

Bring sugar, water, cloves, allspice and cinnamon sticks to boil in 4-quart saucepan. I put the spices in a tea ball. Cook, stirring, untill syrup is clear, about 3 minutes. Add cranberries and cook just until they begin to pop, about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, add grated orange zest and cool. Refrigerate 1 to 3 days before serving. Remove cloves, allspice and cinnamon sticks before serving.

Omg 😳. I have 2 buckets of these wheat berries that was given to me and had no idea what to do with them. Looks delicious 😋. They have never been opened so they are fresh I guess. Can’t wait to try this

Looks delicious. What section of the grocery store do you find this & what does the packaging look like? Can you find this in a regular grocery store or do I need to go to a Whole Foods type store? Thanks.
