My dad always said, on St Patrick’s Day it is called Corned beef and Cabbage. Any other day of the year, it is simply called, boiled dinner. I have never seen horseradish or mustard added during cooking, We always save the Horseradish and mustard for individuals to add at the meal.
The blessing is, I thank you Lord for the roof over my head to protect me from the rain. I thank you Lord for the walls of my home to protect me from the wind and weather. I thank you Lord for this day. I only ask that when i die, tell the Devil 30 minutes later. I need a 30 minute head start to make it to Heaven.
