I wonder if a steamed pudding mold would work for this. Iโ€™m going to try making steamed puddings in my instant pot. Both sizes I have will fit in my pot. Now to work out times. Iโ€™ll try using this recipe and adjust from there.thank you for your helpful videos

    Hi Karen ๐Ÿ˜€
Through your link, I ended up buying a GLASS bundt pan, because I don't use anything non-stick or aluminum.
Would I still use the same cooking time with glass?
I also ordered 2 OXO slings. One for me, and one as a gift.
I'm looking forward to trying your recipe.
    Blessings!!!

I don't mean to be a problem child, here, Karen, but on my IP Duo, there is a small bracket (right hand side exterior bottom).
It shows up in every picture in the user manual with nothing to explain what it's for. Any ideas?

First time I've seen that great sling/trivet, and am definitely getting one! The hot 'gloves' is a duh moment, too! And finally, the cake itself looks so tempting! Very nice presentation and end product! : )
