Yum. We don't have it in a budget for an instant pot yet but we do make a similar recipe on the stove and my family loves it. I tend to always have chicken prepped in the fridge and so it still only takes 10 minutes to make. I still look forward to getting the instant pot someday!! I could be so lazy about planning for the rest of my life! Ha. Thanks for sharing how easy this is to use!!
