LOVE LOVE LOVE my instant pot!>>>arah.in/3yKn It is definitely not a necessity for everyone, but it has certainly made my life easier. I think the 8 quart version we got is maybe a little large for most people's needs, but I really appreciate the versatility of being able to put a larger quantity into the pot – it's made dishes like stir-fry and rice possible to cook at the same time. If you're on the fence about what size to get, or if you should get one at all, I would say go for it!

Have no idea why she wouldn't drain the juice from the chicken. When you put your onions and garlic in at least they will saute NOT steam! Plus your chicken is not browned cause put to much in at once so you know the amount of fluid the chicken develops is just going to boil it. Very clueless

You should never put that much chicken in at once if you want to brown it… you'll just wind up steaming it instead… work in batches.. takes more time.. but you'll get more flavor.. cooking 101!

Hi there…this recipe looks like something I will try, with a few changes:  one pot wonders are great and all, and I absolutely love my Instant Pot, however, I do not enjoy sauteing in it.  It never gets the meat brown enough, possibly because of the narrowness of the bowl.  For that reason, I always saute my meat and/or veggies in one of my awesome Calphalon pans first.  That's it tho, all the rest looks perfectly fine to do the way you "healthified" this recipe up.  Thank you!

I'm confused. Just got my instant pot and am looking for ideas on what to make.  Watched this video.  What I saw can be done in a kettle on a stove. What do I need a pressure cooker for? Even had to cook the pasta separately!  I thought I could just dump everything in the pressure cooker (even frozen chicken) and turn it on.  What am I missing. Hate to thing I spent $150 for nothing
