Typically, when one goes to an Italian restaurant, I’d wager money that they’ll order a chicken dish – specifically of the Parmesan, Marsala or Piccata variety.

    Great Recipe Jeffrey and for a change pan fry your thin sliced chicken breasts which have been dipped in beaten egg and then dipped in breadcrumbs.
    Then make the sauce but add the capers and caper juice with the white wine into your sauce and serve over the breaded pan fried chicken breast cutlets.
    I also make linguini and spoon the remaining sauce over that too. This makes a full great tasting family meal.

    Jeff, I finished cooking my chicken piccata. This dish was delicious, just as decribed. My instant pot was collecting dusk but not anymore. Thanks for the video. I think Gumbo is next.
