I just got married and received an instant pot as a gift (having never cooked before!). I don’t live near any family and had to cook something for dinner. I searched for and Indian IP recipe & this was the first thing that popped up. I watched it, made a grocery list, went shopping and followed your recipe as closely as I could. My husband loved it soooo much, he wanted me to make it again the following day! Thanks for your easy to make & easy to follow recipes! I’ve watched many of your recipes that look easy/ we would like & I can’t wait to start trying them out! 🙂

I made this following your recipe and it was amazingly delicious. I didn’t have coconut powder, so used some coconut milk and it was so rich and creamy. Loved it! Will make it again.

Hi Sandhya what is the difference between regular pressure cooking and instant pot cooking…honestly i don't find much of a difference in time saving…or am I missing something here…because now-a-days I see instant pot cooking is trending.

I cooked this and it is very tasty. It was really simple and quick actually!
I didn’t have cumin so I used a tiny bit of curry powder and I didn’t have coconut powder so I used a bit of coconut milk.
I added a bit of salt and I don’t think I should have done that.
Definitely the best tasting curry I’ve ever made from following a YouTube video and the easiest too. 9/10!

Sandhyas, The chicken was delicious and I would love to make it again. My family loved it. I just have one question. I’m curious why the recipe has the name curry in it, but it actually does not contain any curry. Thank you.
