I did something similar to your recipe. The only differences I added red wine & I did chicken legs and thighs with the skin on. It came out very good just like yours. Great video.

I am resisting the urge to buy an instant pot. I don't have the room for another gadget & I have slow cookers & a pressure cooker, but I love gadgets. Anyway, with that in mind I am going to make this using the gadgets I do have with chicken breasts that I prefer. Love the retro looking glass dish. You have a flare for delicious tasting dishes. It appears that your channel on the State of Arizona is also very well done.
