You make great tasting meals, I don’t think I have ever made one of your receipts I didn’t like. Keep up the good work and thanks

my local store stopped carrying Boursin cheese. what else could i use besides basic cream cheese? would Philly chive and onion work or maybe another flavor?
its 100 miles to the next grocery store that might have Boursin cheese where i live.

Hey Jeff, love your show! Warmest regards from The Netherlands, yes there are InstantPot users here too One of our fav meals is the Arroz con pollo and we make it way too often haha. There's one major issue I would like to share with you, and that is that I believe you use way too much different proteins in one meal. I'm a certified Ayurvedic practitioner and one of the first things I've learned from this 5.000 year old holistic health science is that it's hard for your body to digest more than one different protein in one meal, and by doing more, you'll create toxins in your body. In the longer run this will create fatigue, obesity and it weakens your immunity and overall well-being. Would you please consider, especially in these times, to create healthier recipes? Even without all the creams and Boursins in your recipes they'll still be great! I can only suggest not not believe me right away, but do some research for yourself to see if this makes sense. If it does make sense, please share your findings with your audience. You can change the world my friend! I love you both, please take good care of each other in these crazy times.

Jeffery is always so much fun to watch. I do not do well with lots of dairy so I will substitute a can of full-fat coconut milk for the heavy cream. Also, I will use the chicken on bone to add a little extra flavor. Yours is a simple easy to do recipe. Thanks for posting now I know what to do with the wild rice sitting in my pantry.
