Recipe
3 stalks celery chopped
1/2 cup chopped carrots
3 green onion chopped
1 medium yellow onion chopped
2-3 cloves garlic
1 stick salted butter
2 tsp Jaimison's Chicken Soup Base, or similar
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste (take it easy, you can always add when serving)
2 chicken breasts cubed
Soup base liquid
2 tsp Jaimisons Chicken Soup Base
Bring to boil
Reduce it and set aside
Hit saute on InstaPot
Melt butter
Add celery, carrots, yellow onion.
Add basil, oregano, thyme, garlic salt
Add Chicken (do NOT season ahead of time, let the InstaPot work it's magic)
Add 1/4 soup base liquid
Simmer for 3-5 minutes until Chicken is no longer pink
Add green onions
Place lid on InstaPot, set to Pressure Cook for 12 minutes
While InstaPot is doing it's magic, cook your noodles per instructions, Timing should be PERFECT with the soup.
Let natural release for 10 minutes, then do a quick release. Remove lid. Add noodles. Stir. Replace lid and let sit on warm for 5 minutes
