Have you ever thought about a book on just instant pot recipes?
I've had my Instant Pot for about a month and was using it for the just basics (eggs in the egg cup…frozen chicken etc) because I also have a chronic illness, mine prohibits me from standing very long among other things. I truly want to try to preserve my independance so making my own meals is important. I am amazed that your recipes are so quick…I can even do them in stages making it easier on standing. Finding your channel was a true blessing. Thank you so much!
