What is the difference between soup and stew? Looks yummy but looks like soup to me
How you know it's authentic: "the brand really doesn't matter, it's usually whatever is on sale". My mom would always say "whatever is cheapest" even if the difference was 10c. I'd complain but how can you argue with it always tasting good and paying less?!
Thank you for your video , Brilliant ! 🙂
I don’t eat pork, why don’t you also include alternative meats?
Thx
I love your channel. You are a great cook. This not about the food but… please get the hair out of your child’s eyes. This can affect his eye sight. How would you like to cook all day with your hair hanging in Your eyes. Not trying to be mean but that has to be annoying to him.
Wonderful. You have a beautiful voice 🌶

I use pretty much the same ingredients but don't blend anything. At the end I add a little roux to thicken it up a little. Can't beat that Mesilla Valley green chile!

You are such a great cook. Thank your mom and Lola.
I think it'd be good to do it the way you did it, but also add large chunks of chillies and onions. It's be the best of both ways.
Noooo don’t put hot stuff in a plastic grocery bag- the plastic will melt and leach into your food
When the Hatch hits the store I go and make enough Hatch stew to feed an army.
Been looking for this recipe all my life!! Closest to Pancho’s yet!! Gona leave the chile’s diced & onions & jalapeños too. I think that’s the one I’ve been dreaming of!!!
A damp paper towel to wipe them works well too and keeps char out from under your nail bed

If you want to make the best chili you have to use the best chili powder. The best chili powder comes from the State of New Mexico. If you want to win the contest get some New Mexico Chili. I get mine from these guys: http://www.chimayochilebrothers.com/
Use Pueblo not Hatch
