Would love to try your cheesecake but banana!!! I know my husband would love it but I don't want super dense… any recommendations? Like maybe banana extract vs vanilla? And sliced bananas? Thx!!!

Luckily I found the right size pan here in my hometown SM store, Angeles city Philippines for my instant pot. I didn’t have to order at d amazon when I was in d US. I’ve been making ur delicious cheesecake since. It’s d right size cake for me n my husband and it’s so convenient without using my stove oven.

2 pans stacked: When using stainless stack pan sets, I've always found that whatever is in the bottom pan cooks faster than what's in the top. If someone is making 2 cheesecakes, they may have to stop and swap the pans around, then continue cooking. If using a 7×3 pan, you can make a 1.5x recipe and get a tall cake like the 6×3 pan produces. Love your videos. You made cheesecakes a breeze. 🙂 I recommend you to everyone who has frustrations from over-mixing the batter.

    Hi,
Can't wait to try the delicious cheese case recipes. Can you clarify the pan size you use for each cheesecake. You have link to Amazon for 7"x3". So are you using 6"x3" pans or 7"x3"
pans. Great videos thanks. Nice you have your boy involved. Very Cute!!! They have the best job, official taster!!!
Thanks for the great recipes and detail videos.

Great video! Quick question: If I use a larger pan, should I adjust the recipe or will the cheesecake just be thinner? I also have a Fat Daddio pan; I will have to measure it again. Thank you for the tips!

Yum Yum Thank you for this video, I was just getting ready to look for a pan. I bought some stainless steel stacking pans for IP, there is one lid only. They will work great if I'm making two cheesecakes at a time, or I can use just one.

I've made your Keto Cheesecake twice now – pecan crust-style. WOW!!! Thanks for this post – I just ordered the 7×3 Fat Daddio pan, as I've found the center is more soft than I prefer. You're awesome – I'm on Keto and cheesecake is my fave dessert.

Awesome! This will be very helpful for a lot of folks. I ordered the Instant Pot 7 x 3 springform pan on amazon and it did not fit on my trivet. Gonna order me a fat daddy 6 x 3! Thanks again!!

I use the Fat Daddio cheesecake pan too! It works great. Here’s a little tip for YOU… Barkeeper’s Friend cleansing powder will clean up the residue on your IP liner and will give it a mirror shine. I use it every time and my liner always looks brand new. ❤️
