Instant Pot – Cabbage Curry/Kobi Nu Saag | Mumtaz Hasham

Ingredients:
1/2 cabbage shredded (4 cups)
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin/coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chopped or paste garlic
1/2 chopped green chillies
1 tsp tomato paste
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp asaefotida
3 tbsp oil

Method:
In the main pot, add oil, once hot add mustard seeds and let it crackle, add curry leaves, chopped tomatoes and saute for few minutes until soft, add all the spices and mix, add cabbage and saute further for few minutes. Put 1/4 cup water, close the lid, cancel saute, change to manual mode for 2 mins and NPR.
Open the lid when done, if there is still some liquid, turn saute on to dry it, add the coriander and serve.
