Thanks for the upload. New to instant pot (and cooking in general!)…. Is it okay if I get pretty much any type of baking dish and can just toss it in the Instant Pot or does it need to be a specific kind of little cake tin?
I don't personally eat meat, but I liked this video, and I liked you. I've been looking into doing a quiche in my new instant pot, though, and was curious why all the recipes are crustless? I mean I get that the thing has a lot of steam, but if you do it pot in pot wouldn't you be able to give it a normal crust?

I don’t have an instant pot, but I would totally make this quiche in the oven. I just recently started liking quiche, which is odd, because I am obsessed with eggs 🤔
