This might have to be my breakfast for tomorrow π. I don't have a springform that size (on my list though!) but I do have a Pyrex dish that size (oven safe). Oh yeah, and I got a deal on the instant pot when you suggested it π

i just got a instant pot and this looks soo good, im wondering if its mushy at all? my hubby is picky nad doesnt like his french toast mushy

Yummy! Love blueberry anything, love french toast and love bread pudding, so this looks wonderful! I have one of those little springform pans for my IP, and am always looking for new ways to use it, so this is great π And thanks for the info on the weeknightwarrior hash tag, will look at that, very cool. Oh, you use Italian bread, that's what I traditionally buy for paninis and I'm always looking for ways to use up part of a loaf. Great video Catherine, thanks so much for sharing!
