I LOVE blackened chicken and this looks/sounds so good! Haha, I would've ripped the top off of the lime juice; you had way more patience than I would've! I could just eat that chicken straight from the bowl 😍 Was it spicy? I love spicy foods but wondering if this is something that Gunnar would be able to eat since blackening seasoning can be spicy.
