I’ve done it with a full of frozen pineapple and right at the end put some citric acid powder yeah out of this world
But I was doing it in the stove for the last 3 hrs … so that’s where I’m like “could I do it on a crock pot since such low heat?” And yeah you just confirmed it … next time that’s what I’m gonna do
Sure be nice to have seen how the berries looked cooking. And would have been nice to have seen how they looked in jars. Just looking at you two fine ladies does not help one bit.
hey ladies, I totally love your recipe and way to make the jam! I made it, and it came out beautiful and delicious! quick question, Can I can this jam since it doesn't have pectin in it? TIA.
Please always display and verbally state the source of your recipe, as people need to know if your recipe is USDA approved from a recognized pro source, so remember to always state that.
Please also include a written recipe list with ingredients and full directions under the youtube show more option above , because some people can click on the workable link and copy the full written recipe with directions into their pc cooking software program.
Also if anyone decides to professionally water bath can this berry jam/preserves IP recipe, I would add real lemon juice from concentrate (Green bottle) as that always has the correct amount of ph acidity, whereas a real lemon never has the correct amount needed in food storage and water bath canning in mason jars with flats and sealing rings..
Thanks very much for your entertaining video ladies, and btw I also love all 3 of my instant pots (6 qt. duo/ 6 qt Ultra / & 8 quart).
So today is day 2 with my IP, and I really wanted to try jam to go with my steel cut oats. This was amazing!!!! I used frozen mixed berries bc I had them on hand, but otherwise followed your directions exactly. Turned out perfectly! Thanks so much for this with totally easy directions for a newbie!

Banan jam ?
😍😘❤️❤️❤️❤️
That’s not really quicker than making jam on the stove! I make one in 17 minutes and it’s ready to go in the jar.
Sounds delicious. It would be nice to see inside the pot.
No pectin added ?
Thank you great recipe!
