Tressa, take that knife to the bottom of a ceramic coffee cup (or anything ceramic that has a white raw edge)…GREAT SHARPENING DEVICE! I do it all the time. That looks really well done g/f.
Hi Tressa, This really looks great. The meat looked SO tender!! I think I told you that I don’t have an instant pot but I think you have convinced me to get one!! I saw they had a bunch of the all lined up at a Target, so I may have to spend some time perusing them. Do you recommend a particular one? I am thinking the 6Qt. will be big enough for us. Smells good Tressa! Silver skin is like chewing a rubber band. Try using grape seed oil or coconut oil or peanut oil. I'm loving coconut oil for browning. <3
