You're right when you wrote "Beef Phở" not only "Phở", because it's has Chicken Phở(in the North's Vietnam). I love Beef Phở more than Chicken Phở! Vietnam say hello to everyone🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳

Can I use white sugar if I don't have rock sugar? If so, how much do I use for a 6qt Instant Pot? And what is your preference of fish sauce for the perfect broth in your opinion? Thanks in advance!!

Your voice is very soothing and you make otherwise confusing recipes very easy and simple. I might never make these recipes, as there's always an ingredient or tool that I can't seem to find, but I won't stop watching! Thank you for the amazing content.

Dude. I just tried making pho with my instant pot and it took so much work. It was a disaster. I wish I saw this video before I tried. I didn't know about straining the broth through a cheese cloth, which is why the broth tasted like pure fat! My kids always listen to me when I say finish your food, but today was the exception. They looked at me in disbelief on how bad it tasted, lol. Poor kids. My wife took one bite and told me she appreciated my effort. I realized it cost more for me to make it at home for my family than going to a pho restaurant. Maybe I will try again, but I'm sticking to my local Vietnamese restaurants for now. I'm positive the pho you made tastes awesome. Thanks for the video!

Wow, good Video as always! A lot of work though…. Cost about $40.00 to make? I think I am going to take the $40.00 and go to a Restaurant! Happy New Year by the way! 😂😂😂😂😂
