Hey ! Thank you so much for this recipe, my mother and I are going to make it today! Quick question though, you said you added 45 min after pressing the stew button. Is that 45 additional minutes or 45 minutes total? Thank you!! 💕💕

My fiance loves this but his mom only makes it for special occasions. I cant wait to surprise him. I am going to have to change it a bit since I have the 6qt but I really appreciate getting a visual of how to make. Thank you so much for sharing!

Totally enjoying your videos, especially your instant pot videos !!! I'm such a newbie in the kitchen that when your giving your explanation it helps me understand what you're doing. Im so glad I came across your channel because I want to use my instant pot more but there's not much "authentic mexican" recipes for it! Looking forward to many more.❤

I have dreamed of this dish for a few months, after a friend mentioned it. (I'm in Detroit and he's in LA)
Not having a birrieria near, your video helped me to make it happen on my own. I think we've nailed it.
    Now to find goat meat!
Save some chile oil to mix with the Consommé and dredge your tortillas before making your tacos on the griddle. YUM
