This is our favorite way to cook ribs now, best technique ever.

*** This is not rocket science! BBQ Ribs are very simple. If you want to make it more difficult then you are over thinking it.

***Use what ever spice or rub that you have in the kitchen, and what ever bbq sauce that makes you happy.

*** If you don’t want to sear the meat under the broiler then your ribs will just taste like you slow cooked them in the crockpot.
