Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs

BABY, Get BACK – You asked for it, so you’re getting it! Because the most requested video recipe to come my way was RIBS, and since we’re in the swing of summer, there’s no better time than now to share this with everyone. And so, I give you BABY BACK RIBS! It couldn’t be easier, and because we’re cooking these in our fabulous Instant Pot, it’s fall-off-the-bone style. We’re talking the most tender, flavorful, messy and to-die-for ribs – they way they should be! I was inspired by a few recipes to create this one and found that this method works best!

Note: In my video, I dip the brush right into the big container of sauce – which was fine because I used it all by making many more ribs after. If only using some of the sauce, pour it into a separate bowl before coating 😋

I don't understand why ribs falling off the bone is a good thing. I like to bite into the meat without it falling apart. If I wanted pulled pork, I would use a shoulder or butt cut. When I walk into a barbecue restaurant and they tell me that their meat falls off the bone, I leave and look for a better restaurant. It's like biting into a hotdog and having it fall apart.

Right now the style is fussy recipes on the cooking shows. . .when the insanity settles, it will be time for our friend to get his own cooking show. I have never biffed a single recipe from Pressure Luck. Wish I could say 5he same about some of the inter net recipes I’ve tried or other YT cooks. Some were merely not what they were advertised to be. . .other recipes were disaster. . .like ‘Towering Inferno’ disasters. When it comes to my Instapot, you have truly taught an old dog some new tricks.

They're cooking way too long. I just did a similar size rack tonight for 25 minutes tonight and … yeah, SUPER tender and fall apart, but TOO fall apart. I'm going to try dialing back the time by about half next time. I like them more at pull off the bone than fall off. They're still amazingly tender and quick from the IP, but even 25 minutes is too much time.

Regardless, WAY more convenient than jamming them in the oven for 3 hours.

I’m trying these right now. I have 18 minutes to go in the instant pot and can’t wait to get them in the oven. I know you don’t use seasoning on yours on the video but I think I’m going to put a little tony chachere’s creole season on them before the bbq. These should be amazing. Thanks for the recipe👍🏻
