Question regarding the potatoes soaking in the water. Are you just draining in 20 or 30 minutes or are you rinsing as well to starch?

Initial impression in first seconds on video were not great ::: production values , setting, props etc , but I hung in there for the INFO . . . then you started to WOW me with Passion , Knowledge , Good Ideas and a Clear Presentation . . . . .
