To begin with, thanks for the recipe 🙂 Some feedback, if you don't mind. Like most instant pot recipes the time in the title is misleading. The time to prep the veggies (~7-10 mins), sauteing bit (~3-4) then time to for the pot to reach cooking pressure (~10-15 mins) following by the cooking in selected mode (4 mins). That alone brings the total to ~24-32 mins. So realistically you are looking at approximately at least 30 to 45 mins from start to finish. Just to make it real.
