Hi.. I tried this today.. but it was not soft enough to make dough as ball even after adding more ghee.. I followed the same quantity in all ingredients.. what could be the mistake? Plz advice

Milk powder also contains gluten.. it contain maltodextrin which is made up of gluten..that's why use a homemade milk Powder everytime
