I tried out this recipe and it flopped big time. The dosas turned out gloppy and mushy and didn't hold shape. I had a tough time trying to even flip it. Also, it doesn't spread the way it was shown in the video. So, I made very tiny ones . Could you please troubleshoot this for me?

Kuch din pehle apka malai kofta wala vedio dekh k malai kofta bnaya wo b kharab ho gya tha. Pls realistic vedios bnaya kriye. Ingredients, effort and time waste hota hai nhi to.

Substitute for rice flour? It's not a usual ingredient one would find in their kitchen readily

What is the use of wheat flour. Do not mix rice and wheat gluten
