    1 tbsp Ghee
    1 tsp Jeera
    1/4 tsp Hing
    5 to 6 Cloves Of Garlic
    1 Green Chilli
    1/2 tsp Grated Ginger
    1 Small Onion
    1 Tomato
    1 tsp Red Chilli Powdwe
    1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
    1 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
    1/4 tsp Jeera Powder
    Salt
    1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
    3 tbsp Besan
    500 ml Water (This might vary depending on how thick / thin you like the dal)

    🌟 Vishesh Tippani
    – Make sure you cook the onion, garlic, tomato well.
    – Add the besan & cook it until it is all well absorbed & then add water little by little.
    – You have to continuously whisk it until the besan is completely dissolved. Simmer this well for 5 to 6 mins so the besan is well cooked. You can cover it too.
