    Enough to make thrice for 2 to 3 people

    1 cup Toor Dal
    1/4 cup Masoor Dal
    1/4 cup Moong Dal (I’d skip this the next time)
    Salt , A Little Black Salt

    For Tadka
    1 tbsp Oil
    1/2 tsp Hing
    2 tsp Jeera
    Few Whole Red Chillies (I used boriya round ones & spicy small ones)
    1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
    1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
    2 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
    2 tbsp Dried Onion (There is a reel how to make dried veggies)
    1 tbsp Dried Garlic
    1 tsp Dried Chillies
    1 tsp Dried Ginger
    1 tbsp Dried Coriander Leaves
    1 tsp dried kasoori methi

    1 tsp Ghee
    1 Small Tomato
    750 ml Water
    3 big spoons of Dal Fry mix
    Some chopped Coriander
    Lime juice to serve

    You can adjust the salt as desired

    – Dry roast the dal until fragrant & aromatic
    – Cool the mix before grinding & filling in the jar
