Hey Jp. Liking the preview. Ok. Like the modern design and front elevation. Wide entry. Oh my. 3 stories up. Beautiful living room. Wall windows to the pool. Fireplace. Bench seating. Yess. Nice staging. Agreed. 1/2 bath. Garage. Ok. Massive 2-island kitchen. Sink on the correct inner island. Yess. 2 dishwashers. 6- burner. Unique cabinet color and pot filler. Love the spice racks. Secondary kitchen nice. A whole apt size 2nd kitchen. Wait a minute. No breakfast nook day to day dining or formal dining? 🤔. There a lot of furniture. Guess could scale back and make room for a dining table between the island and sofa. Office space. Spacious guest bedroom and en-suite. Love the oversized door to the backyard. Agreed Jp. Prefer doors over sliders. Backyard kinda small. At least can do laps. Roomy jacuzzi. Lovely outdoor kitchen and dining. Lovely open to below. Massive primary. Lovely en-suite. Love the massive shower with seat. Lovely counter/sink/mid vanity area. Closet had a lot of drawer space. Could use more hanging space. Love the gym. 3 needed pieces. Treadmill. Peloton and elliptical. Some free weights and we’re set. The guest bedrooms are spacious. Love they all have their own en-suite. Level 3 now. Just realized no elevator. A home for youngens. 🥺😂. Loooovvvvve the game room. Wetbar. Covered patio niiiice. Lovely home Jp. Just gotta change a few things around to get a dining table instead of the bistro 2 – seater. But nice home.
