At the restaurant, the carrots and celery are always in water- definitely works👍
When my son was younger, I would cut up carrots and celery for him and keep them in water in the fridge. They stayed fresh all week. I like sticky rice 🙂
I think you already know my answer to your rice question. LOL I do add water to my carrot/celery sticks. Your bok choy looks great.
People wash their rice before cooking it because it contains arsenic . It was found that brown rice contains more arsenic .

I always use a mason jar filled with water and put my carrots and celery in it. I change the water every 3-4 days. They do stay fresh for a couple of weeks
