I appreciate the channels from other areas of the country.its really important to see Poc prepping and bringing back the old ways of preserving food. They have taken many of these classes out of the high schools and even elementary schools. So many are graduating with only tech skills not thinking that power for machines could shut down for whatever reason. We need home Ec, shop class and sewing back in our schools.
How do I get to coupon mom?
It's much easier to coupon for nonfood items through CVS, Walgreens, etc through couponing. But I found food is getting tougher and the number of coupons has decreased for food. And let's not even get into how much prices have risen. TFS, the information is always useful.

Although I share certain stores in this video, this applies to your local grocery store too. Search FB or YouTube for groups/channels…usually it is the stores name with couponing or coupon attach to it for match ups. Or search on Google for your local grocery store with coupon matchups and follow that blogger or etc. I hope that helps!
