Made my first cheesecake ever and it turned out picture perfect and absolutely delicious! (Wish I could add pic here). Thanks so much for the recipe….and for all your RV recipes. My 3qt is now added to my list of RV necessities.

Love it when you cook in the Ascent because I can see what is possible. After watching the other one where you made the applesauce and chocolate cake I ordered the 3 qt instant pot and the lotus pans! I love my 6 qt instant pot and decided to get the 3 specifically for the ascent!! So thanks for that and for all of your videos which I have really enjoyed.

My husband showed me this video asking me to try your Cheesecake recipe while we were traveling in our van. I must say – YUM! and so easy!!! Thank you for your recipes and tips on how to make it happen in our small space we call home away from home.

Hi there! My better half just made your cheese cake lastnight and we tried it for breakfast lol! It was the best instant pot cheesecake to date, and the last we’ll ever need to try. Thank you so much! We used the Greek yogurt cream cheese which gives a bit more protein and tartness. Yum! We love your channel and best of luck to your hubby for a speedy recovery. Safe travels!

First, John I wish you a successful surgery and quick recovery!
Second, thank you Debbie for posting your inspirational and very helpful videos. I already had a full size instant pot but after seeing what you do with your mini I bought a mini as well. Got the inserts too. We are currently in Carlsbad and I did your cheesecake recipe yesterday. It tasted great, not too sweet (I don’t like super sweet cake). Thank you!
We are not as fortunate as to have a Pleasureway Ascent (that is my dream vehicle) we purchased a 144” wheelbase 2015 Sprinter and are converting it to a camper. You have so many good ideas how to customize your van. You inspired me to make warm window coverings for our diy sprinter conversion.
    Thanks again
    Christiane

Hi there! Best wishes to your hubby for tomorrow. Just wondering why you cooked the cheesecake in the IP instead of convection oven….does it take less energy or cooks cooler?? Thanks!

Prayers for John's successful surgery! Thanks for sharing this recipe. Someone else I saw recently recommended using a separate InstantPot sealing ring of another color to avoid having your sweets smell like your savory dishes even if you wash it regularly. That way your delicious cheesecake won't smell like pork carnitas. I've only had my new 3 quart for one month and the ring already smells like beef stew! Lol! I'm ordering on Amazon (you can get 2 for under $6 with Prime Shipping),

You have convinced me Debbie that I have to buy those inner pots for my 3-quart Instant Pot. My husband loves cheesecake so I really need to try your recipe! Love your channel. We would love to learn to full-time in a Class B like yours. It would help us be very mobile. I’m anxious to follow your trip to Alaska. Hope your husband’s surgery goes really well and he bounces back quickly. Safe travels!

I make cheesecake often in my IP. Usually I do little individual ones in half pint wide mouth canning jars. Eight will fit in a 6 quart IP. Cook for 20 minutes.

Good luck with the surgery! But even more than that, best wishes on the recovery.

My sister just had hip surgery and I am pretty sure she walked out of the operating room….sorta, maybe. Really though she was walking same day. Good luck, John. Send me a slice of cake, please.

Very nice video, we make the cheesecake that is from the recipe on the gram crackers box. It is fantastic and is actually pretty close to your recipe. A little side note, I was talking to a friend at the health club this morning and I was saying to him that I had not seen him for a couple of days. He told me his wife has recently had hip surgery. He said she had the surgery at seven in the morning and was back home the same day. And she is up walking around. So, hopefully john will have a similar experience and you guys will soon be on your Alaska adventure.

Super recipe Debbie. I make a huge New York cheesecake and only make it when I have company. Now that I can make it in the IP with my PIP pans I will enjoy it more often. I put a crushed pineapple topping on mine. Thanks for sharing. Bonne chance with your operation John and have fun you two in Hawaii…..my most favourite place for R&R.

Eggs equal protein, check. Graham cracker crumbs equal carbs, check. Cheese equal dairy, check. Fruit topping equal fruits and veggies, check. Chocolate just because. Seems like the PERFECT balanced dinner. Thanks for the wonderful recipe and demo, will try it!

Great video, as usual. Warming up towards the instant pot….did not see the link to your amazon store to buy the immersion blender.
