That green sauce is “hari chutney”, kind of a green salsa, usually consists of cilantro, green onions, green chillis, garlic, little bit of yogurt (depending on how spicy and thick your like it), garam masala and lime juice, ohh and salt. Blended into a fine paste. Cheers.
