I have never heard of flap steak before (and I'm from Montana… that doesn't really mean much but throwing it out there to describe my ignorance to cuts of meat!! Lol!) There are times it is difficult to find skirt steak around here for some reason but that is my default. I'll look for the flap steak and see if I can find it.
