Pls plsss try this: beet root fried rice
I had beet and dont know what to do for one serving. You just cut the beets into small cubes and use onion, cabbage and cauliflowers for fried rice. I cook them seperately and add them to rice. A little bit soy sauce and sugar and salt. Voila. İts the best fried rice I promise 🥰

This reminds me of Moroccan food my family makes. The yogurt helps calm the heat and adds a creamy texture. Very simple must be tasty. I never had this sauce on pasta can't wait. TY!!! 😋

That‘s my go-to recipe! ❤❤ When the kids are sharing this (they‘re not really into tomato sauce 🤷🏼‍♀️) I omit the harissa paste to make it less spicy. It’s super tasty, delivers every time!

Oh this is how I make my tofu to put on fried rice or noodles!

    Ingredients
    Tofu
Spices: cumin, pepper, salt, cayenne, umami, garlic powder
    Sriracha
    Soy sauce
    Any oil

Chop some firm tofu into slices after patting dry.
Then put into pan with some really hot oil, when it is simmering add your soy sauce and sriracha.
Then add all your spices to taste.
Cook until browned on both sides.

It’s probably a common way of preparing tofu, but in case anyone hasn’t tried it, it’s delicious.

So here I'm sharing an Indian dish named Poori-saagu, it's a south Indian dish and please try it cuz it's yum.
    Recipe(serves 2-3)
-Take 1 cup wheat flour and 3 tsp semolina and a pinch of salt, mix it well and add 3 tsp vegetable oil and knead it into a dough, let it rest for few minutes
-In mean while, boil 3 medium size potatoes and remove their skin once boiled completely.
Take 2 medium or 1 large onion and slice them and also slice 2-3 green chillies and also slice 1 tomato (based on your spice tolerance rate)
And take a pan, keep the flame medium high and add 3 tsp of vegetable oil and add 1 tsp musturd seeds and wait until they pop up later add half tsp cumin seeds and add chillies and onions and later after sautéing them add 1tsp ginger garlic paste, and tomato also saute them and add 1 tsp turmeric powder and salt (according to your taste wise ) and 1 tsp garam masala and smash those boiled potatoes and add half tsp lemon juice and mix it well and later add some fresh coriander leaves. So this is saagu.
    Now let's make poori:
Take the kneaded dough and make small portions of them and later roll those portions into circle shape and take frying pan and add oil into it and later deep fry them.
That's it, poori saagu is ready
Hope you'll enjoy it and also if anyone else try this recipe please reply in comment section.

I have a stir fry tofu with bean sprout, it's good
All you need is: 3 cloves of garlic, 4 shallots or 1 onion, 10 chilli (you can adjust the chilli, because I like it to be spicy), 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, a little bit of salt, little bit of white pepper and 1 pack of bean sprout.
Steps: 1. chop up all the garlic, shallot and chilli
    2. Cut the tofu in small cubes, I like the tofu to be pan fried first
    3. Stir fry all the garlic, shallot/onion, chilli until fragrant and put the bean sprout
    4. Put the bean sprout and all the seasoning, stir stir until the bean sprout soften and serve
Optional, you can add vegan oyster sauce instead of soy sauce. I usually eat it with hot rice, so good

I don’t know if this dish is vegan cuz it does have a lot of veggies and ghee. So the dish is pav bhaji…idk whether you have made it before cuz I’m new here but still…if u haven’t already…give it a try. It’s a classic street style dish in India eaten with pav that’s bread. You can add any veggies in it. Then blend and season. My mom makes it so I don’t know the recipe but i am gonna try my best.
She uses all sorts of veggies adds it to pressure cooker and and also adds pav bhaji masala. Add all of this cook it and then mush it until it’s kinda chunky but still paste like. Then toast your pav. Plate it and garnish it with onions lime juice and optionally more butter. Then eat it with the pav and enjoy.
