During the bread toasting you said there is a hole in the bread, why not align the holes in the swiss cheese to the holes in the bread, problem solved (LOL, J/K) – However, I wouldn't mind a little sneaky cheese to escape to the other side of the toasted bread.

Oh would this sammy hit the spot right now, looks delish! My go to "grilled cheese" sandwich is usually ham and cheese on sourdough… I should totally add eggs to it!! I need to try your scrambled folded eggs sometime, I like the concept. Crap… yep, I'm hungry again! I love Denny's, a new one just opened down the street from me about three months ago… I got a burger and shake for lunch there a couple months back. That place is takes me back every time. Sigh. These look great! Last time I was in Florida, it was for a SpaceX launch, and I stayed in Coco Beach. There was a Denny's across the street, and I was there every day! I'm jealous!
