Nice and eassy recipe but I made it my child was not like😢😢😢😢becaz they r not like egg and milk 😂😂😂😂
It shouldn’t have any holes in it. I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw them. They are a sure sign of overcooking and they spoil the silky smooth texture baked custard is supposed to have. The best way to make this type of custard is in the oven sitting in a Bain Marie, which helps to stop overcooking. I love nutmeg so much I used more than half a large one on mine.
