Raised Beds Guide for Beginners! – https://bit.ly/3N6DDqe Brick Patio Update Tour, Boxwood Load, & Lots of Random Garden …
Quote of the week
“ I think it’s deer resistant plant as I wouldn’t eat jt “😂😂😂
Made me laugh out loud and wake my partner. You are my daily habit that turns my work brain off and lights up creative side that loves to learn and SLEEP
I have watched those raised bed videos so many times. We just made four L's like yours here in Alaska. Now I need soil.
Can you turn those bricks over that have the wrong color due to the sand?
"They have acres and acres of play area!" I 💯 agree. Playstructures are rarely used, leave them for the park!
We all know you won’t say anything too negative about PW and why you won’t. But growers have the right to be mad about things, they are families also trying to provide for their employees and families, their expenses are their business. also, people you don’t have to buy PW for petunias, plenty of beautiful varieties out there that do beautifully that are not PW. supertinia is hyped up big time. Everyone has the same huge pink petunia, kinda of gets old.
Zero turn is much faster to mow, but your right it has its applications. It cannot be used a snow blower, it can have a hitch to pull sprayer and a grass catcher
We used to have more Proven Winners in our local stores but since Covid they have largely disappeared. 🙁
Can they turn the bricks over?
I have frozen cabbage after blanching and have recently cooked it. It was delicious! So, if you end up with a lot and tired of making sauerkraut, freeze it.
Almost looks like there's some cement dry-mixed in to the sand and that's what's lighten them. You can set bricks and pavers that way with a good waterspray after they're put down. Maybe the second time the dry cement didn't go in. Just what it looks like to me.
You need to use this type of bleach Home Depot sells for your brick. We use it for our acorn stains on our driveway. When I buy it again I’ll send you a picture
Your hands are the reason I started watching your videos years ago. That is how I knew you knew what you were talking about. So obvious that you actually work the gardens and flower beds. I love your expertise
Lowes for me has PW but here in southern oregon no one but them has them😢
My son is the same way, he is happy with just property, and lots to explore. We have a small ditch that runs by our property too, and he loves catching tadpoles and crayfish. Lol we had a swing set for him given to us, and yes, I was only used for one year. We passed it on. Kids really don't need much to keep them entertained, I have found anyways.
Don’t do the play set. We built our boys treehouse/hut and it had swings on the side. They were in the fort area exponentially more than the swings. In fact took them off and made a web to climb.
Just take care of your littles and keep doing content!! You ave a great formula!!❤
Grill your cabbage!! We make little foil pouches, cut the cabbage into wedges and place one wedge per foil sheet. Add a scant tablespoon (or more😂) of butter, a good shake of Worcestershire sauce, and a couple shakes of Lawry’s season all. Close up the foil pouch and pop them on the grill until it gets as soft as you like it. Every one of my kids LOOOOOOVE grilled cabbage! I love when it gets a tiny little bit of char on the edge.
Ty so much for this vid. I love the Bonnie Blue spruces. Will definitely have to keep an eye out.❤
Love your tangents!!!
Hello Laura 👋
One request- please do a 50-100 drift of the Luminary Phlox somewhere. Feature each variety in groups
Those plants always stop me in my tracks 👣
Thanks in advance ☺️
"THANKS ”
I would name it Kathleen after my daughter because she is as beautiful inside as she is outside
CABBAGE!! I have a recipe…. half head cabbage, half pack bacon, one potato, one onion, two cloves garlic, chop all of it up small… cook the bacon separate, then cook all of it in some (one cup)chicken broth and then add 1/2 cup cream (half/half, or heavy) and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes… SO GOOD, all my kids love it.. we call it Cabbage Stuff!
I love all the weather this year!
A tree fort would be cool for the kids . A neighbor of ours used the trunk of a sawn tree , as the base of a upper structure of Hobbit motif . Round door – Fairy House ❤
💜🥰✅
The big arbor would be beautiful painted black and as an entrance to the cut flower garden! It would be beautiful with the roses and dahlias in bloom behind it!
I definitely vote to save that gorgeous large arbor. I would have it professionally painted/powder coated black for sure. Please save it.
Laura’s Supertunia “Heigeis Houzitgoin” which is apricot pink and blooms it’s head off all season long. 😊
Can the bricks be flipped or are both sides affected? Could you feather in the damaged with the new in the same way you might do new and old hardwood floors?
Two things. A sandbox the kids will play on for years. My husband built a very large 6×6 sandbox and they could get in their with friend. Secondly, what about that beautiful rusted arbor that Aaron hates that use to be over by the circle boxwoods you tore out. You could even paint it black if you want to. It was so much more interesting looking and I think bigger.
Concerning your brick….What gets me…. is WHY do the workers keep going and finish the project when they can plainly see that it is different from the other section??? Common sense!
After we purchased our new house, our neighbor was appalled when we didn't buy a zero turn. He listed all the neighbors that had one 😂. We like the wheel. 🤷🏼♀️ 🚜
thank you!
Oh that weather is just not fair. It was 106 degrees yesterday in Arizona where I live. Lol!
So thankful for you and introducing my garden to
Biotone ❤
Vermiculite 🧴
Your fails 🤔
And everything else garden answer brings to aid and inspire my indoor garden and outdoor living space
I am excited for the aqua pot inserts Hope they are compatible for my current outside containers. I will be pulling out all the soil and revamping!!
Thanks for sharing.
Casting a light onto a water feature in the middle could bring some light there.
