Pray for him even when you don’t feel like it. ask God to bless him and to vindicate you and to strengthen you. Save your energy and try your best not meditate on it, replace negative thoughts with what you’re striving for, your goals, ambitions.. journal your negative thoughts like your speaking to God about it, fill yourself with God (worship songs, read scriptures on healing) the less you magnify the situation, the more you get out of your own way and allow God to deal with it from the root. not saying to ignore it- but focus on bettering you and being the best version of you. allow God to deal with it. You’re beautiful, valuable, and one of a kind, no one will be like you or even compare to you. Stay in that truth. Remember who you are and keep blooming.
