Would the oven technique also work for your mushroom stroganoff recipe? I spend ages cooking the mushrooms in the small batches in the pan. Still one of my absolute favourites that I love serving for mushroom and/or vegan skeptics – and eat myself, it’s so comforting. Excited to try this soup out! 🍄

I love the flavor of mushrooms and cook with them a lot, but they barely have any calories or protein. Luckily, I'm a huge fan of tofu and can always add it to any dish. Looks delicious!
