Hey Becky, I have loved watching you since your very first video. But, it is getting hard to watch when, every few minutes, there's a forced 45 seconds or more of commercials we have to watch. YouTube doesn't make these settings. It's done in editing. Will you please cut back some?

Did I miss it or did you not put baking soda in the boiling water too? The honey will help with caramelization but soda makes the water alkaline and contributes to the chewy texture. Adding both gets you both results.

This hint has nothing to do with bagels.
Using a spoon, scrape the skin from ginger and leave knobs whole. Put in quart (or pint) jar and cover with sherry. When you need fresh ginger just grate how ever much you need and put back in jar. This will keep for a long time. If you have a tummy ache drink some of the sherry and the sherry is also delicious to use in marinades.

I haven’t made bagels in years, but you’ve inspired me to do it! I’m new to your channel but subscribed right away because I love how you make multiple meals at the same time and save yourself from cooking/baking EVERY SINGLE DAY! Thanks for reminding me to think outside the box.

Becky, a bit off the topic. Can you make a straight forward chicken cordon Bleu? Love to see a video upcoming.

Donna R in Maine,…. where those sweet wild blueberries hail from.!!

I love when you guys do a taste test. Each one of those looked incredible! I am going in to make some cinnamon raisin bagels and some plain vs. buying them at the store in the morning. Thanks so much!

    Hi, a suggestion:
For use on the rim of your beds to mark a 1x2x16 board every 12 inches, thirds, and center. Then when you’er planting you have a consistent measure for all your beds that you can store and use for years.❤️

What type of cranberries should I buy (dried, fresh, frozen?) to use them in bagels? At holiday time, you can find chips in special flavors, like cinnamon, Heath candy bar, peppermint, etc. Maybe from Nestle or Ghirardelli and sometimes store brand.
