Your blood pressure increases when you lay down. Thats why it hurts more. Also sugar withdrawal takes two weeks before your energy levels will return on workouts. If your stomach pain is stubborn like mine was and wont go away completely just cut out all sugars and carbs and I promise it will. That means fruit and "healthy" carbs. Good luck on your recovery.
Honestly I’ve been wanting to eat more Whole Foods because eating processed foods is delicious but my weak stomach can’t handle it and I always feel more energetic when I eat food that makes me happy and doesn’t kill me lol tyyy for such an amazing video😊
