    At 50 years old I lost 98lbs in five and a half months on carnivore. Not strict, still eat certain veg but besides the weight loss, all sorts of nagging issues like joint pain, and skin issues totally disappeared. I sleep better, have energy for DAYS and just feel overall better. Sugar is the biggest enemy. People don't believe me when I tell then that I did it cooking in butter or bacon fat, eating meat. Every ten days I would allow myself a cheat day to have whatever I wanted. Pizza, bread, pasta, rice. By the third week, I didn't want my cheat day anymore because I would feel like hell for days after it.

    TIP, TIP, TIP: Forget the "sperti lamp" high cost.
    Get a, much cheaper, UV lamp with all the spectrums you want. From a reptile/animal store!!
    In fact while figthing my ridiculously low D vitamin level. I currently live in Norway, read it as no Sun.
    That helped a bunch. With that said it was/is nothing more than a cheap UV bulb set on a regular IKEA (Hektar) lamp shade… Work perfectly!
    Since the light focus can be oriented at will.

    You or your pet reptiles/plants,etc. use the same UV produced by the only SUN we have in this Solar system. 😉

    Day 7. Started at 202.5 and was prediabetic on my last blood work.

    Now down to 195.4 and feel amazing. No blood work yet, but haven’t had to fight driving to and from work without sleeping and also am more focused. I’m excited for the next week to see the results as I continue.

    I’m brand new first month I’m exhausted! Now I have hiccups not a lot but I never gat this’d.big nap yesterday and couldn’t wake up till 8:30 this morning. I ate a pound of bison 2 eggs 1/4 stick butter water electrolyte. Whole can smoked oysters and whole2.5 oz salt and pork rinds. 🤷‍♀️

    Wow, how do you eat 12-18 eggs a day?? Is that along with other food? I just started carnivore and can only get down 3 eggs for my first meal and about a half pound of meat for my second

    Also just wanted to note that 500 IU of Vitamin D is a very low dose, and I don’t think it will ever get you to the targeted range. Try 5,000. This is a good reason to take D3 and K2 separately so you can adjust the D without affecting the K

    Not tryna offend, just a genuine Question; Isn't that Type of Diet the ultimate Fuck you Earth Diet? Like only Meats and Animal Products, I guess if someone is eating like that it's just the worst for the Planet. Thx for Answers

    I can tell by how white your skin is that you never go in the sun. Vitamin D deficiency is VERY COMMON in women especially those that don't go in the sun
