No. That’s not well done. I’m one of those weird people that likes well done meat. Any pink on it and I’ll puke. I can’t eat it. It grosses me out. It’s still slightly pink. That’s not well done. I think that’s called medium well.
No well done means 0 pink this between well done and medium

Well done steaks get way too much hate. I prefer medium rare but a nice well done steak with heavy seasoning and an insane crust like this may be chewy but it tastes amazing
