This was one of my favorite videos you have done. I get into a rut, cooking the same things over and over… You inspired me to try some new foods. Thanks!

Great idea for a video. My only complaint is the sake that you chose for the Japanese dish is not a vegan brand. Use barnivore to make sure your alcohol is vegan. On the Egyptian dish, to flip the bowl, the secret is to add parchment paper to the bowl first. After it falls out simply pull the parchment paper off the dome. It takes some practice, but this allows you to pack it tight enough to hold its shape while also keeping it shape through the flip. But you were correct in picking up the plate and flipping it all in your hands. How to keep from crying when you chop an onion is to keep a wet towel closer to the onion then your eyes are. Something in the onion is attracted to moisture in your eyes, and that makes you cry. So if there's another source of moisture to be attracted to, it will go there instead.
