hi Diana i'm from Italy and I'd love you to try a family recipe of mine that we used to make every xmas, it's called "Frittata di scammaro".
1- cook spaghetti (at least 150g) in salted boiling water until "al dente" and drain them.
2- heat quite a bit of olive oil in a pan (small if you're making it just for you), put half of the spaghetti.
3- add (as a middle layer) some raisins, anchovies (filets in oil, drained and buffered) capers, pine nuts and parsley.
4- add the remaining spaghetti to cover the "filling".
5- wait a little bit for the bottom to become really crunchy and try and flip it (the hardest step). You may need a plate to put on top of the frittata to turn it over and then make it slip onto the pan again (add a bit of oil if needed).
6- wait for the "new bottom" to become crisp and golden brown.
    7- ENJOY IT!!

p.s. You always make my day a little better than it started. Love you and thank you

Diet Tounge is a real thing for me. I went through a packet of cinnamon in like a month. Thanks for giving me a word for this feeling. Also plain oatmeal cooked with Soyamilk is bomb.

Diet tongue!! Yes! I used to cook everything with lemon juice instead of using oil to get herbs/spices to stick and I just tried it again recently and babe….no…..☠️

Hi, I know it's not that common with men, but I also have ED. It started because I wanted to be healthy as well. I struggled with it for six years and recently something really serious happened. I collapsed because I lost all my muscles and my organs failed. I should have died. I should have been dead. But by some miracle I survived. It has been three months now and I am still in hospital. I can't eat even though now I would love to. It's irony. We as humanity don't appreciate the little things. For example I had to learn how to sit again, how to walk, how to hold a pencil. In the beginning I couldn't even raise my hand. It was real struggle. But the doctors say that it's coming to a good end. Maybe I could be home by Christmas. I hope this experience changed me and this will never happen again. It will be hard work, but I am determined to change myself. I also want to thank you Diana. You helped me through those dark times. You're a beautiful human being. You all are. I hope this helped you, when deciding whether it's this illness really worth it. I will give you a hint. It's not. Life is worth living. I know that now. I can't wait to live like a human again.❤️❤️❤️

TW: I just don’t understand how you can eat so much and stay as skinny as you are. Even after I recovered, I have been able to eat 2,000 or so a day before I can’t eat anymore and that’s with 5 days of weight training and 1 hour of daily movement. I am still overweight post-recovery. I am worried I permanently messed up my metabolism even though everyone says it’s only temporary 😔

Thank you for being so considerate re: calories being helpful to some/triggering to others. You're awesome! I can totally relate to eating 'healthy' leading to an ED – in recovery now and some days are better than others as I'm sure you know. Thank you for being an inspiration! ..regarding the pasta on the fork…who doesn't eat that way? 🙂

These videos are always so so helpful. Especially as you create such a laid back and positive way around how many calories you eat. And in a world where it’s heavily praised to eat less calories. It’s so refreshing also love you and your whole vibe. Sending you all the love girl ❤️❤️❤️
