For bloom: personally i HATE the mango. Tastes like overly fake fruit and flintstones kids vitamins. The berry tastes great and subtle, the coconut ends up tasting like coconut milk

Such a fun video! Thanks for including us and trying out our popcorn, the smell of Rosemary Garlic popping is definitely hard to resist. We recently just launched a new butter flavor (+ have some exciting new things coming very soon), let us know if we can send you some! 🙂

I use the Vital Proteins Collagen Creamer in vanilla. I don’t really notice a difference in my face, but my eczema flare ups are less intense, so that’s a win in my book.

I take the cheapest collagen pills they sell at the store and it does keep my nails from breaking! I can totally tell if I forget to take it for a week since when my nails grow out that section is sooo brittle!

Hi Rachel, I have been taking collagen for a few years now (not alani new) and I notice that my nails and hair grow much quicker. I mainly use the organika brand which is sold at costco in Canada for the best price and just put it in my coffee everyday

There are several "types" of collagen, just like B vitamins. Yes, collagen in lotions may not be well absorbed, if at all, but collagen you eat can be digested. And they do help. Connective tissue, digestion, inflammation, hair and skin, can all be helped with collagens. Powder is great, but usually eating healthy foods that are precursors, such as vitamin C, are sufficient.

As someone who makes popcorn in a pot on the stove anyway, I didn't really get the point of the popcorn pods. They look cute. Maybe that is the point. Also, some of those coffee flavors seem like they'd be best suited for tea. Thanks for trying these things out and letting us know!

Collagen is a protein found in your body’s connective tissues and skin! If you don’t want to take a supplement, meat, fish, and eggs contain a lot of collagen. Also proteins are broken down into amino acids during digestion before being distributed through your body! So if you eat collagen specifically, your body will just break it down so certain cells can make collagen out of the amino acids. If you find collagen powder makes a huge difference for you then you probably weren’t eating enough protein before!

A goal I recently hit is feeling like I now feel as strong as I was before giving birth to my baby a little over a year ago. Feeling so good to feel like myself and finally being able to push myself to be even stronger than before 🙌🏼 I also wanted to get back to running very soon, so the guide sounds perfect!!
