Omg I was in 7th grade when the changes to the cafeteria system came through. We used to have slushie machines, in-house cooked pizzas, and so much more good in school cooked foods. Sadly, after the change most of our stuff went to super processed foods that followed health guidelines. Even now without the guidelines set in place, my younger cousin's currently attending the same school say that the quality hasn't comeback since. Kinda sad but thanks for the blast from the past😂

Those sliders look delicious, but I can't help but think the salmon is a little wasted in that application. Like I love salmon, but in my opinion salmon's better eaten like a filet mignon than a loaded hamburger.
